When does StubHub pay sellers?

StubHub pays sellers 5–8 business days after the event has occurred and the buyer has received the tickets. Payment is made via direct deposit, PayPal, or paper check.

What happens if my StubHub tickets don't sell?

If your tickets don't sell before the event, you keep the tickets. There is no listing fee — you only pay the 15% seller fee if and when a sale occurs.
