By using enytool.com (“the Service”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

enytool.com provides free online tools for file conversion, compression, text processing, calculations, and AI-powered tasks. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Upload malicious files (malware, viruses).
  • Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Use automated scripts to access the Service at scale without permission.
  • Upload content that infringes on the rights of others.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. Creating an account (via Google Sign-In) gives you higher daily usage limits. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Usage Limits

Free users have daily usage limits. These limits may change at any time. Premium subscribers get unlimited access as long as their subscription is active.

5. File Handling

  • Files processed on our servers are handled in memory and deleted immediately after processing.
  • We do not store, access, or view the contents of your files.
  • You are responsible for the content of files you upload.

6. AI-Powered Tools

Some tools use third-party AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI). By using these tools, you acknowledge that your input data is sent to these providers for processing. AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon for critical decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your files and content. We claim no ownership over files you upload or outputs you generate. The Service itself (design, code, branding) is owned by enytool.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data during processing.
  • Inaccurate AI outputs.
  • Service downtime or interruptions.
  • Any damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings menu.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
