enytool.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website enytool.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

1. Files You Upload

Files uploaded for processing (images, PDFs, videos, audio) are handled as follows:

  • Server-processed files are processed in memory and never stored on disk. They are deleted immediately after the response is sent.
  • Browser-processed files (e.g. background removal, video conversion) never leave your device. All processing happens locally in your browser using WebAssembly.
  • We do not access, view, or retain the contents of your files.

2. Account Data

If you create an account via Google Sign-In, we store:

  • Your name and email address (from Google)
  • Your profile photo URL (from Google)
  • Account creation date

This data is used solely to identify your account and enforce usage limits. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

3. Usage Tracking

We track daily usage counts (number of tool uses per day) to enforce free tier limits. For guests (not signed in), usage is tracked by IP address. For signed-in users, usage is tracked by user ID.

4. AI-Powered Tools

Some tools use third-party AI APIs (Google Gemini, OpenAI Whisper) to process your data. When you use these tools:

  • Your input (text or image) is sent to the respective AI provider for processing.
  • We do not store the inputs or outputs of AI processing.
  • Google and OpenAI have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data sent to their APIs.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use:

  • Essential cookies for authentication sessions.
  • localStorage to store your preferences (theme, recent tools) — this data never leaves your browser.
  • Sourcebeam Analytics for anonymous, privacy-friendly usage analytics. No personal data is collected.

6. Data Retention

  • Uploaded files: deleted immediately after processing (not stored).
  • Usage counters: reset daily.
  • Account data: retained until you delete your account.

7. Your Rights

You can:

  • Delete your account at any time from Settings (in the user menu).
  • Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
