When does SeatGeek pay sellers after a ticket sale?

SeatGeek pays sellers 5–7 business days after the event date. Payment is made via bank transfer (ACH) or PayPal.

Is SeatGeek cheaper for sellers than StubHub?

Yes. SeatGeek's 10% seller fee is lower than StubHub's 15%. On a $200 ticket, SeatGeek saves you $10 in fees. However, SeatGeek has lower traffic volume — your ticket may take longer to sell.

What happens if a SeatGeek listing doesn't sell or the event is cancelled?

Unsold listings cost nothing — you only pay the 10% fee when a sale completes. If an event is cancelled, SeatGeek's Seller Guarantee reverses the transaction and refunds the buyer, so you keep your tickets and are not charged the seller fee.
